Forester needed attention --all service lights were flashing I was visiting AZ and needed to return to CO when all the service lights were flashing. Took it in on Saturday and Dan put me in a loaner car and con I was visiting AZ and needed to return to CO when all the service lights were flashing. Took it in on Saturday and Dan put me in a loaner car and convinced me to leave my car. By Wednesday my car was ready to be picked up !!! The entire bill was "zero". I expected to pay $150 for diagnostic test and payment for the rental car ---but everything was included and under warranty. Shocked. What a pleasant surprise. I made it back to CO without one light coming on!! I bought the 2015 Forester slightly used and it has always had problems. I took it into the service center in Boulder just before leaving for AZ. But, I feel YOUR service center finally found the problems and fixed them. Congratulations and thank you so much. Dan was very helpful and thoughtful. I want him to know I greatly appreciated his help and I made it home without any problems. He's a good guy. I hope he is appreciated and promoted. More

Out of town customer fell in love with your service I live in Yuma and scheduled my car appointment the same day as a meeting I had in Chandler. When I scheduled my recall appointment I let them know t I live in Yuma and scheduled my car appointment the same day as a meeting I had in Chandler. When I scheduled my recall appointment I let them know that I had a work meeting across town and they essured me it would not conflict with that. I arrived early for my appointment. My expectation was that I would wait. The service department let me know that the time I had been quoted for the service was inaccurate and it takes at least twice the amount of time I expected. The Service Department understood my delemma and did everything to assure I made it to my meeting on time. Thank you Peoria Subaru! This was the best experience I have had at a dealership. I will be back and tell my friends! More

Only comment is that I was initially told my appointment was for 7am and that parts for both issues were on hand. However, my appointment was changed to 11 am, without any explanation, and it was not until I was called to pick up my car that I was told they did not have the seat belt part and I would have to come back for that repair. Overall I was very pleased with the service, just disappointed with the miscommunication. More

Happy with the car, but mediocre customer service We had some mechanical issues with a pre-owned Subaru Forester, we bought here. The dealership later fixed the problem free of charge and we appreciat We had some mechanical issues with a pre-owned Subaru Forester, we bought here. The dealership later fixed the problem free of charge and we appreciate Subaru Peoria's willingness to help. However, we found the sales people here hard to reach via phone and email, unresponsive, and disorganized. Also, we only received one key at the time of sale, and a replacement cost us over $300. Overall, we're happy with the car, but the dealership has some room for improvement as far as customer service. More
