Not thrilled with the service and will go elsewhere We took our Subaru Legacy in for a scheduled appointment to have a recall installed. Even though we dropped it there at 8 am, it was not ready until 5 We took our Subaru Legacy in for a scheduled appointment to have a recall installed. Even though we dropped it there at 8 am, it was not ready until 5:30 pm. We also asked them to change the oil which they did. But we were charged for the more expensive oil change (synthetic?) which we did not request. $68 for a oil change rather than thirty something for the standard one. They should ask the customer before assuming they want to spend more. More

Sitting in my car waiting in line, someone hurried to car, told me where to put car, and reminded me who would be helping me (Brandon). Brandon finished with a customer and came right over. Told me what was being done (oil change, tire rotation and recall problem) and took me to waiting room. Only problem was the length of time I was there- two and half hours. I didn't know about getting a ride until a woman driver came in looking for a registered rider. She told me about the service. They would even drop off and pick up at mall. By then my time was almost up so did not take a ride. Car was ready, Brandon went over work and questions, and I left. Got lots of reading done and also lots of people watching. More

Brought car in & did not receive call when finished. I brought car in for service & got shuttle ride home. Service was supposed to call me when car was finished. I waited and finally I called Subaru serv I brought car in for service & got shuttle ride home. Service was supposed to call me when car was finished.
