First time here and it was a relief!!! I brought my wife’s car in to check a starting issue and have the wheels rotated. Cory said he had the cpu flashed (he billed under warranty even thou I brought my wife’s car in to check a starting issue and have the wheels rotated. Recall service We scheduled the service online, it was for a recall improvement on mileage detail. The update only took about 30-40 minutes, super fast. Recent work completed at Peoria Subaru by Cory and Josie I came in on a very busy day and I was having battery issues. They made an appointment for me at 2:00pm. When I returned I was immediately helped and I came in on a very busy day and I was having battery issues. They made an appointment for me at 2:00pm. When I returned I was immediately helped and as soon as possible they tested battery and alternator. Determined that the battery was bad and replaced it. The maintenance team of Cody and Josie is outstanding and I continue to come to this location because of the outstanding service I have always received. More

I noticed other Subaru service centers have protein and brea It would be helpful if you had healthy snacks at your service center for your customers. I noticed other Subaru service centers have protein and breakfast bars including popcorn. After having extensive diagnostics and maintenance performed, a day later my catalytic converter was found to be needing replaced by the local Subaru dealer in Prescott. Should this have been detected when we had driven for 2 hours for scheduled service? The disadvantage of living 2 hours (with traffic) from your location. We appreciate everything we have received and truly will miss working with Cory. He Rocks! More
