Fraud? I was charged for 6 quarts of oil my car's handbook shows 5 quarts. Made 4 phone calls was dropped 2x and put on hold for 30 min. asked for supervisor I was charged for 6 quarts of oil my car's handbook shows 5 quarts. Made 4 phone calls was dropped 2x and put on hold for 30 min. asked for supervisor got a secretary who said they would call back. this was 2 pm friday they never called back. today monday I drove over to shop and asked why I was charged 6 quarts. they credited me for 1 quart. This was my 5th oil change. First 4 were [free]. but all 5 showed 6 quarts. I believe this is fraud. So what else are they cheating on. More
They take such good care of me! I love coming to get my Subaru serviced. They are always helpful. This is always super helpful, going in with a good idea of how much things are going to cost. More

Fix a AC drain hose - same day! Surprise Subaru offered an appointment in 5 days. Peoria understood AC in Phoenix is a must. Our AC problem started at our dealer Santa Cruz, CA. Af Surprise Subaru offered an appointment in 5 days. Peoria understood AC in Phoenix is a must. Our AC problem started at our dealer Santa Cruz, CA. After 3 failed attempts they put in an Air Compressor. Three months later we used the passenger side, on a road trip to Phoenix. 300 miles in the trip we had a pond on the passenger side. Santa Cruz never connected the drain hose or carpet clip. Dan, even with a crush of repairs (snow birders) he fit us in - repaired in ONE DAY. If we had service this great, our 2nd car might be another Surbau! WE LOVE OUR SUBARU , Forester - turbo. More

Tire Rotation While I Waited Cory did a great job in summarizing what was needed and reviewing what needed to be done. However, a 2.5 hour wait to rotate tires and check fluid levels was not acceptable. I've never had this kind of wait at our Suburu dealer in Michigan or Ford dealer in Minnesota. I'll be quite hesitant before I recommend service to others. Talked with another individual that had a similar experience recently. If the service can't be completed in a timely manner (i.e., 1 hour or less), then the customer should be so advised up front. More
Satisfactory our service rep Cory was very helpful. There were 2 service recalls which meant it would take 3 - 4 hours to complete the work. He arranged for transportation to the mall, about a mile away, so that we didn’t have to wait at the dealership. The problem with the GPS was not resolved. I guess the only way to fix it is to get a car that does NOT have a TOM TOM GPS! More

recall service and oil change I dropped the car off early due to work and put the key in the drop box. No one called me to say they had received my car in the morning.
