Sales Dept. Is very good. Needed a transmission pump Repaired. Was promised it would be done 3 different times, it took 4 !! It took SIXTEEN DAYS to fix and the Is very good. I felt the dealership was fine. I had a problem with the service department. I went away for 2 months not knowing I could just leave the car in the garage. Battery service came and I had a problem with the service department. I went away for 2 months not knowing I could just leave the car in the garage. Battery service came and jumped the car. My daughter was told to start the car every other day or so. Once again a dead battery happened. Battery service came and started the car for me and suggested I take the car to the dealer right away and swap out this battery since it was already a year old. I took the car to the dealer and told them what the battery service said. They kept the car for hours and then said I could pick it up. When I picked it up I asked if the battery had been replaced and was told it had. Upon arriving home, we checked the battery and it was still the one that is a year old. I really expect to not be lied to by the service department. More
