My appointment took twice the amount of time it was suppose to take (which no one informed me at any point). I couldn’t find my representative and finally asked someone else for help who didn’t know an suppose to take (which no one informed me at any point). I couldn’t find my representative and finally asked someone else for help who didn’t know anything about my car. Then when I was finished I received a bill much larger than I was expecting. My car is still under warranty and no one informed me that you only get 4 free oil changes and tire rotations. It’s not so much about paying them (which is annoying) but it’s about the fact that it was never even mentioned to me. I have never had to pay for these services on a car that is under warranty before and so this came as a huge shock to me. I believe it should at least be mentioned before the work is done what the estimated cost is going to be or at least that warranty no longer covers these services. I will not be bringing my vehicle into Subaru for these services anymore and will only continue to come for my warranty check points. The guy who checked me out didn’t even know what was going on or why I was there (which isn’t his fault) but I had been looking for my rep for almost an hour at that point. I have never had an issue before and so I am unsure about what happened today, but I definitely would have been picked up if they had told me there was a “backup in the lube department” earlier on. What’s the point of having an appointment if it doesn’t even matter. More
