I would like to start by saying I am a ruthless critic, I hate car dealerships, and hate filling out reviews even more. TLDR: Is at the bottom. I had a great experience at Peoria Subaru today buying my new 2013 Subaru Sport Premium Impreza. David was great when I went for the initial test drive. I had been to 3 or 4 different dealerships that day and I was actually in a pretty bad mood by the time I got to Subaru. He had a great attitude towards the whole situation. I came back last night right before they closed and Grant and Moose stayed helping me for about an hour after the closed. Once again they were very informative and I left having a good experience and looking forward to coming back. Today when I came back I had the opportunity to work with all three again. Grant took me for the 2nd test drive and also was a great experience. Very informative and like David allowed me to do my test drive how I wanted too unlike most other dealers who tell me when and where to go, nag at me for testing out the vehicle (go figure someones rough on a test drive), and gave a uncomfortable environment. Grant didn't even mind me fully testing the brakes lol. I brought along my father and nephew today as well. They were very nice to both of them as well and Moose personally kept them company for most of our time there. He was exceptionally friendly with my nephew when he was being silly asking for arm and thumb wrestles. When it came down to crunching the numbers they gave me a better deal than I expected. I go in and throw an offer out on the car and like every dealership they turn it down and offer one back. They didn't throw some insulting high as xxxx deal they offered me $600 less than I asked. Never have I been to a dealership that not only treats you well but they went the extra mile in order to help save me money. On top of selling me the car for less than I offered they didn't throw an insultingly low offer for my trade. When I was there last night I told him what I had for a trade and he said he wasn't going to beat around the bush and would give me $1200. On his own he asked a few more questions and offered me $2000. Today came along and I bought my trade in and they did the appraisal on it. They then decided it was worth $1500. Moose was a man on his word and gave me the full $2000. TLDR: To recap they sold me the car I wanted for less than I offered them. They voluntarily gave me $500 more than my trade was worth with out having to try to haggle the price up. They were very friendly, no pressure, informative, and a great group of people to work with. This is my first Subaru and if the car is as great as the people I worked with I doubt I will take my business anywhere else after this experience. More

This has to have been the best new car purchase experience we have ever had and that says a lot for someone who buys and trades every year to 18 months. David Lutke is absolutely the most professional, friendly, knowedgeable and overall great communicator in the business. He gave me options I would have never considered and that other dealerships and sales people would have avoided, all in the name of making sure I had my ideal vehicle. The only thing we wish was different is that they sold the Dodge line too so my husband could work with him on a new pickup. Thank you Moore Chrysler, David and the finance team for really going above and beyond and creating a loyal customer with nothing but glowing feedback to share with everyone I encounter. More

Compared with other subaru dealership, I received the best service. The price I bought the was very close to my expectation.
