We told Joe that when we were in the market for a new car, we would be back. Yesterday (about a year later), we bought our 2016 Subaru Outback from Joe. The whole experience has be great. Horrible customer service, I was looking for a used car. Trade in was a joke but I offered to meet half way on price. I sent three emails to the Sales manager named Amanda and n I was looking for a used car. Trade in was a joke but I offered to meet half way on price.
