First dealership I've regularly worked with. Before, would go to other, non-dealer, places for service. Have been happy so far. Fair prices, good personable service (the most valuable aspect). This time, my girlfriend took it in since I was at work. She mentioned that some TV service in the waiting room would be nice... beyond just Ford advertisements that she saw. Ahead of time I was asked if an appraisal could be done and a cash offer could be made. I advised that I was unlikely to accept but that the dealership was more than welcome to do their thing. Never heard anything afterwards. More
Tried calling my service guy for 3 days. Never answered or called back. Checked 4 things on car would only let me use the diagnostic fee on one item. Brought my vehicle in to the service department for a charging erro, had to have my battery changed when the manufacturer battery died and couldn’t be jumped by roadside assistance. The tow couldn’t be done until the 2 days after since it was the weekend. So I used an AGM battery. anyways the battery service light has been on. I took the vehicle in and they attempted to blame me for not resetting the battery sensor. And that they fixed the problem. Well the fact that the service light came on again and I took a look under the hood and found the battery fuse to be cooked is really disappointing. Did they not bother to look around the battery and see this problem? now I have to go back in and explain this issue.. after they tried charging me for not diagnosing a problem that literally would have been found by looking… More

Every time we have to bring our car in with an appointment they seem to take forever. On this appt they had our car for 3 weeks and didn’t even think it might be a nice courtesy to wash the car. appointment they seem to take forever. The rep we had was professional and nice but the service shop doesn’t seem to run efficiently. More organization is needed. More
The salesman promised to fix a blemish on the car door. The dealership literally went over the issue with paint and did not fix the problem. I have to pay over $1,100 to repair the blemish. The salesman hung up on my daughter when she told him she was not satisfied. The dealership could have fixed it probably for under $200 and that’s all it would have taken to build a good relationship. Instead I will never walk in that dealership again. And as a business owner in Peoria I will be happy to share my experience with my customers. More
