We were dealing with an issue for over a month and not all of the issues were resolved. We bought the vehicle bad brakes missing a rear windshield wiper bumper was cracked And the light wasn’t working, th all of the issues were resolved. We bought the vehicle bad brakes missing a rear windshield wiper bumper was cracked And the light wasn’t working, they fixed the brakes the wiper and the bumper however they said it would be over $300 for us to get the light fixed, which is absolutely ridiculous because it was broken when we bought it. I bought seven vehicles from the dealership and I will never buy a vehicle again because of this experience. More
Vehicle was taken in for major transmission issues, malfunctioning electric side step, A/C issue and rattle upon start. I was told that vehicle did not have any transmission or A/C issues, and no TSBs malfunctioning electric side step, A/C issue and rattle upon start. I was told that vehicle did not have any transmission or A/C issues, and no TSBs for transmission so I needed to come pick up the vehicle. I took shop Forman and easily replicated transmission failures a dozen times in a row - vehicle won’t downshift and falls into neutral at highway speeds so it’s very dangerous for merging and passing. I filed a NHTSA claim as well and printed TSB that I was told didn’t exist. Ford had vehicle from June 24th to July 30th. A/C was undiagnosed because cam phasers meant A/C system was recharged before A/C diagnosis took place. I was given the vehicle back WITHOUT the rear AC working and to this day, Peoria Ford has not contacted me to fix it. More
