About 2 1/2 years later I received a call from a "retention" sales guy from Peoria Ford. I explained to him that he needed to call my husband to discuss buying another truck as this was his work truck and I gave him my husbands phone number. Over the next couple weeks the same retention guy kept calling me. I called him back and I received his voicemail. I told him to quit calling me and to call my husband. I told my husband and he said that he already talked to the retention guy and told him he wasn't interested. I called Peoria Ford to tell them about the unwanted phone calls. They put me on a " do not fall list". This lasted for about a month. Then the phone calls started up again. I receive a phone call from them (480-696-6394) almost everyday if not every other day. I called Peoria Ford again and they said the only thing they can do it put me on the do not call list. I explained that they have already did that so how is it going to help this time? She responded with I am sorry but that is all I can do. I again provided her my number for the do not call list....This lasted all but 2 days. I received a phone call again from 480-696-6394 and this time it rang twice and I picked it up. When I said hello the man said "oh oh" and hung up. I called the number back and it went directly t voicemail..imagine that.. I called Peoria Ford again and once again they said that I would need to be put on the do not call list. I told them that I was going to file a complaint and asked for the general manager, which is Pat Hickey. This just the first complaint am I am sure there will be many more unwanted phone calls t come. More

He had taken his 04 F250 Diesel in for service to a "private" garage and their work was a disaster. The truck ran terrible, electronics were messed up and his MPG had went in the dumper. He was in a bind for time before he left for NM and Peoria Ford came to the rescue. They took his truck in and they worked him into their schedule with great results! These guys really are the real deal and I would trust them with any vehicle I own. Living in Ohio I was stressing because I coiuld not help him, Peoria relieved this worried father and got the senior airman on the road. Wayne C. More

This dealership is not consumer friendly. My Ford Fiesta was in an accident and the body work was done by Peoria Ford. They sent the car to Peoria Ford for engine repairs. There were parts needed that wer was in an accident and the body work was done by Peoria Ford. They sent the car to Peoria Ford for engine repairs. There were parts needed that were on backorder which caused delays, however, they contend that Peoria Collision authorized the engine repairs. From the body work alone, it was border line that the car should have been totalled. My insurance adjuster from Milwaukee, Wisconsin authorized the body work and some of the engine repairs, but not the "extra" repairs. Peoria Ford said the ok for all repairs came from Peoria Collision. They asssumed that any and all repairs were ok to do. They did not contact my insurance company or adjuster. Had that been done, the car would have been totalled. I had to initiate most contact with them. They did not take the initiative to speak with my insurer at any time according to the information I have. They claim they don't have loaner cars, so I didn't receive one. Not their policy, I was told. Peoria Collision did provide me with one after I spent over $400.00 out of pocket after my insurer covered their required 30 dayss of rental. Peoria Ford contends non-availability of parts is the problem, but that is just part of it. I have contacted the BBB and Ford Corporate Headquarters in Dearborn, Michigan. Someone should pay for my out of pocket rental expenses. More
This dealership actively worked to scam my elderly family member. When a vehicle was brought in for a recall they tricked her into signing for $1700 of work she did not want. When she did not have the mone member. When a vehicle was brought in for a recall they tricked her into signing for $1700 of work she did not want. When she did not have the money to pay for it they forced her to put it on a credit card and then had her write a check for the remainder. When the check did not clear they threatened to send her to prison for "knowingly writing a hot check" and have repeatedly told her that if she tried to do anything, including reporting them to anyone (does this count??), they would send her to prison. She is now terrified thinking she has no other choice but to pay this fraudulent bill. I am going to report them to the BBB and News 3 as well. To the GM of Peoria Ford: if you are reading this then you know exactly who I am referring to. I will tell you that I am an insurance agent in the area and will stop at nothing to spread news of this deceitful behavior. All of my clients will know to do business with Rodeo Ford or Tom Jones Ford rather than Peoria Thieves. Send her a refund or the threats you make on her will be reversed on yourself. More

We knew we needed a battery in engine and replaced it... continued to have electrica will be using a U haul and RV to live in to travel to northeast. We knew we needed a battery in engine and replaced it... continued to have electrical problems... ? coach battery ? alternator. We decided to call professionals and had RV towed to Peoria Ford. We were told they would be able to get us up and running right away. This was a Monday morning. We did not pick up RV until Wed. at noon. After being lied to and given the run around with no one looking at our vehicle for days. They replaced coach battery with my husband's guidance and did diagnostic on alternator. BUT why did it take so long and why do they lie to people? One person would say one thing another person would say another when we called for updates. The stories never matched!!! Why can't customer service contain keeping customers updated and in the loop? Hindsight should have done things ourselves. Poor communication, poor service. DON'T use this service dept... More

I contacted Peoria Ford, visited with Chr elderly mother lives near Peoria Ford. She called and told me that her 2011 Ford Fusion would not start. I contacted Peoria Ford, visited with Chris, and he gave me the number for Ford Roadside assistance. Jennifer, who asnwered, was extremely helpful and was very nice to work with. Within an hour they had picked up the car and by the end of the day Peoria Ford had fixed the minor problem and delivered it to the house, washed yet! Service like this will certainly retain customers. I am one who is not afraid to complain about poor service and feel great service deserves equal time. The next new car we need, we'll start with Peoria Ford. More
This Dealership has Great service. I was particularly happy with the great technitions who worked on my 2012 f-150. I had a lift installed at another dealership, and they did not do a great job, so I too happy with the great technitions who worked on my 2012 f-150.
