Did they actually do anything they said the would? Took the F150 in for an oil change, tire rotation. I booked the appointment online for 11am. I arrived at 11am told them that I had a reservation and they said it would take an hour and a half because they were backed up. There is no real value in booking an appt. since it is first come first served so don't bother booking. Service manager came to get me to tell the truck was ready and that they had no issues and washed the truck for me. When I arrived at my truck there wasn't so much as a drip of water on it and it was covered in the same dust and dirt in came in with. They didn't wash it. When I got home I decided to look at my wheels to see if they were rotated. Nope, I have one wheel with a very slight scuff and it was in the same place it was when I took it in to get rotated - they didn't rotate the tires either yet said they did. Now in my mind I'm wondering if they even bothered to change the oil. I would never return for service at Peoria Ford. Sign me as Ripped Off and time wasted. More
Rude, incompetent service rep Called to schedule safety recall, was told it would be unlikely to complete in a day. Asked about the possibility of a loaner and was told no way in a condescending tone. Escalated to Mike the svc manager, who checked and there is a loaner authorized for the recall. Service rep should be taken out of customer facing role until he's been trained on basic tasks like looking up safety recalls & speaking politely to customers. This is the 2nd svc rep who has been rude over the phone. More

Very disappointing that this dealer can provide such great customer service when selling you your vehicle but fall so short when servicing it. Go elsewhere for repairs folks. More
DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH PEORIA FORD Both their Service Department and their Sales Department screwed us. 1. We purchased a new engine from them for around $9000 to be installed in our Both their Service Department and their Sales Department screwed us. 1. We purchased a new engine from them for around $9000 to be installed in our 2010 Ford and they used parts from our old engine rather than new ones. This caused an oil leak almost immediately and they charged us over $400 more to fix it. Unethical.... 2. When the oil leak presented, we also noted to them that there was a bearing grinding in the front end. They told us it was the tires and they rotated them and returned the vehicle to us with a "good as new" bs line. Last week, while driving, the bearing siezed up and threw the vehicle off the road nearly killing two of our employees. We had it towed to the closest Ford dealer and they informed us that the front bearing was bad and it had now damaged the brake system. $1300 plus more in repairs due to the negligence of Peoria Ford. All they had to do was pull the wheel and they could have prevented this near fatal accident. They are refusing to pay for the damage that was caused due to their inability to diagnose even with the customer pointing it out to them. Unbelievable. 3. Between incident 1 and 2, we purchased a pre-owned vehicle from them and paid with a cashier's check from our leasing company. We had no need for their financing, bs warranty or anything else. The day following the purchase I was informed by credit monitoring that my credit had received a "hard inquiry" from Peoria Ford. AT NO TIME DID WE NEED TO HAVE A CREDIT REPORT PULLED!!!!! They told us the form we were signing was registration related. I have no doubt that this credit pull was to qualify us for their worthless extended warranty even though we had made it abundantly clear we were not interested in anything. Criminal. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH PEORIA FORD UNLESS YOU ARE TRULY LOOKING TO GET SCREWED IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE. Share review More
Terrible customer service I have spent nearly a month trying to resolve simple issues with a new vehicle and they have made very little effort to provide good customer service. But the service on my vehicle was incredibly poor, and they actually made the paint worse each time they tried to fix it. More
Warranty Service - Horrible experience with simple issue. I have never experienced someone going to such great lengths to tell me that there is nothing wrong with my van while demonstrating the actual issue. I spoke directly with the technician 2 times just to have him point to the same paragraph in his incorrect service documentation. Total refusal to listen, or to apply common sense. Why? Because he does not care. How do I know this for a fact? I'll tell you why. When I was in his service bay, I could see (as could my 11 year old son), all of the profanities written all over printed up Ford technical service bulletins. He named his Samsung printer "xxxxxxx", and his name could have been the same for all I know since there was no professional introduction. His backwards hat and the great wall of profanity directed toward his own Employers wisdom expressed to me that my personal experience means nothing at all. I am still waiting to get our van back, time # 4, maybe the blower switch will actually work better than his "xxxxxxx" printer. More
