Service We are from Northern Arizona and we were in the valley for a day and our F-250 had a issue with the coolant. So I called their services and told me to bring it in. We came and we wanted the coolant changed out and a oil change. Next thing they tried to offer other services like transmission fluid replaced, axle differential service and fuel filter replacement. I felt skeptical so I called my regular dealer Babbitt Ford up in Flagstaff and they informed me that my F-250 didn’t need it. So I knew that these services they offered were not needed. I was informed that it’s better to stick to manual. The customer service is great they make you feel welcomed which we did feel welcome but to be a good dealership, don’t scam your customers. More

Our service advisor Mike Rasso treated us like a life long customer and his team found the problem the same day as promised. I was able to bring the vehicle back to the campground as it was all we had to drive. The parts came in 2 days later and I brought the vehicle in and only had to wait less than 1 1/2 hours to make the repairs. Mike was able to have Lincoln pick up all the costs. When in Arizona next year and needing repairs, I will for sure go to Peoria Ford for service. More
First repair visit I am new to the area and had a couple of recalls to be taken care of. Professional and honest service. I purchased a used Ford Transit from another Ford dealership and a day later found the steering too sensitive at highway speed. They later re inspec I purchased a used Ford Transit from another Ford dealership and a day later found the steering too sensitive at highway speed. They later re inspected the van and said it was tight and nothing wrong. I drove to Peoria Ford and in less than a couple hours , they diagnosed the problem and was extremely helpful. The other dealership re inspected it again and decided to fix the problem out of embarrassment. Thanks to Justin and his team of professionals they have won my business from here. New definition of the word service center Total lack of communication, they had ordered all the parts for a simple fix on my f-150 window, I was told they would call me when it was done, but i Total lack of communication, they had ordered all the parts for a simple fix on my f-150 window, I was told they would call me when it was done, but it was just a “1 day repair”. A week later I call and ask what’s going on. His response is “oh I didn’t realize your car was still here” and then when I picked it up there was a $100 deductible that was never discussed. I’m totally disgusted with my experience and loss of my truck for a week for no reason. When I asked why the oversight happened I was told “well we are the busiest ford service dept in Arizona, so things leak through the cracks” If you need warranty/service work, and want someone to care about you, your car, or your finances don’t take your car to Peoria ford on bell for service, because they don’t care. More
