My New truck So I just bought a used truck and wanted them to go through it. Dawn was my service advisor and she was the best. Awesome team!! I only went in to have an oil change/service.. Jonathon Saldivar started talking with me and my fiance .. Jonathon decided to turn up the heat and ou I only went in to have an oil change/service.. Jonathon Saldivar started talking with me and my fiance .. Jonathon decided to turn up the heat and out came the (big gunner) Nicholas Van Horn... and together they brought mighty Jim... and formed a deal with fiance.. I was driving a 2015 F150 XLT.... NOW I'm happily driving a brand new 2018 F150 XLT ... AND with a monthly payment reduction of 140 dollars ... Oh yea . This was Jonathan's first car sales ever ... we were very happy for us and for him ..This day was a win win situation all the way around... Thank you ALL...there at Peoria Ford who had a part in making this experience way better and who helped... Superior, Friendly Service! We were in the area for a couple of days while traveling cross-country in our RV. We needed an oil change. I called, spoke to Carlos, and he was able to schedule us that afternoon. We arrived on time for our appointment, Carlos was there to greet us and was friendly & knowledgeable. We had a dilemma in that our cat was in the unit. We were going to kennel her & take her inside to wait with us, but Carlos and the equally as friendly technician said we could run the generator & the air conditioners and just wait in the RV with our pet. They had us serviced and on the way with smiles and gratefulness for their accommodations. More
