Peoria Ford - Service Center

Justin Reed ensured our service experience was excellent. Our air-conditioner quit working in our new RV, we were on our way to Flagstaff for a shakedown cruise. Our RV is a Forest River FR3 with a Ford chas Our air-conditioner quit working in our new RV, we were on our way to Flagstaff for a shakedown cruise. Our RV is a Forest River FR3 with a Ford chassis. We took it to the RV dealer and they told us since it was a chassis issue we had to go to a Ford dealership since was under warranty with Ford. We took it to Peoria Ford since it was the closest. Justin signed us in and said he would get someone right on it. Justin called us later that afternoon and told us the issue was not a Ford issue. The part was an expansion valve installed by the RV manufacturer. He said we shouldn't have to pay for the repair since it was obviously a manufacturing issue. He worked with the RV dealer and the RV dealer agreed for Peoria Ford to fix the problem and the RV dealer would pay the tab. The next issue was getting the part, since it was not a Ford part, Justin had to go the manufacturer and get it ordered. It had a 3 to 5 day delivery time. The part came in on day 3 and the RV was fixed and ready to go in about 4 hours. I cannot thank Justin enough for his efforts to get our RV up and running. Peoria Ford has a customer for life. Service Excellence I purchased a 2017 Mustang GT Premium Coupe last year from Peoria Ford and wanted to increase performance by having them install a Ford Performance St I purchased a 2017 Mustang GT Premium Coupe last year from Peoria Ford and wanted to increase performance by having them install a Ford Performance Stage 2 power pack. I purchased the kit from another source in order to maximize savings and had them do the labor installation in order to maintain my extended warranty. I coordinated with Richard in parts and Service Advisor Jonathan. Two hours later it was completed and I now have the performance I was hoping for.
