Very poor I was extremely disappointed with the dealership. Recently purchasing my vehicle, I brought my vehicle to service station, Next day, they did a test d I was extremely disappointed with the dealership. Recently purchasing my vehicle, I brought my vehicle to service station, Next day, they did a test drive and stated the muffler fell off. I went into the service stating it was making some noises. Two days later, I had a major repair as muffler and adding to the total of $1,800.00. I spoke with General Manager-quote, Martha, do you have repairs in your home. I told I would purchase extended warranty. Do you go to the casino? Your taking a chance winning or losing correct. It’s the same thing. I told him I put the trust and value of consumer. So, later the day, salesman came along tried get me into another vehicle with higher payments. I left with extremely angry Charge with $135 just looking at the vehicle. Later time, I did repair my vehicle with no problems and concern with the dealership. Quote also that’s how we make money through our repairs service shop. I love my vehicle but the staff was very blot and rude. I would not recommend them to no one. To make it right they shouldn’t never charge me just to look at the car. More

I have used this location since 2010 and have dealt with many different people in service and have always been satisfied with every aspect of their work. I buy used vehicles which means trusting a mechanic to tell me what needs to be fixed/replaced before it becomes a problem. More

Unexpected positive experience.. Came in for diagnostics. Logan was amazing, he did a great job handling my case. I’ve been in many dealerships and I can say Peoria Ford is my favorite. Also the manager of service(Keith Covey) states that sorry but thats what the insurance approved meaning that he couldn't get it painted or powder coated to match even though we would of happily paid the$30 to do it so it matched but that's what you get with a lower end company that doesn't care if the car looks good! Worse dealership I ever dealt with Pat Hickey only cares about selling cars and not taking care after the sale very apparent by the type of people who he puts in charge to make sure work gets done the right way!! More
