I have purchased two new cars from this dealership..usually not the best sales experience but the service after the sale is pathetic. I purchased a 2018 Ford Fusion brand new from this deal dealership..usually not the best sales experience but the service after the sale is pathetic. I purchased a 2018 Ford Fusion brand new from this dealership with window tint now badly bubbled on two windows and the dealership refuses to repair because " they did not add the tint". Again car purchased brand new off their lot and already tinted with nice wheels which was a selling point on the car. Window sticker lists tinted windows. Service manager was not helpful and extremely rude. I requested to escalate and no one returned my call. Impossible to leave a message for General Manager Pat Hickey or Consumer Relations person with a full voicemail..This dealership has many complaints on the BBB website with comments that they pride themselves on excellent customer service..This is simply not true. More

The service department at Peoria Ford keeps me from considering purchasing another vehicle there. I can understand one glitch on some kind of issue - glitch is simply the only way to describe the inep considering purchasing another vehicle there. Just a sampling of missteps - scheduled an online appt for recall work several weeks ahead of desired date; showed up early for appt, checked in, sat down with a cup of coffee, only to find out they didn't have me on the schedule and didn't have the part; had dealer oil change service, showed a coupon on my phone only to be told I had to print it for coupon to be honored; called the phone number on the postcard for recurring service work, waited on hold, gave identifying information, told that service advisors like to schedule that work directly, told my name and number would be forwarded to service department for call back, and finally called the dealership myself three weeks later to schedule. I just can't imagine why, even though it is the closest Ford dealer to my home, I would by my Mustang replacement at Peoria Ford. I get it that dealership's service departments are notorious for over selling and I can manage my response to that. This kind of careless, nonchalant customer service just seals the deal for me - with another Ford dealer. More

No return phone call I had problems with Peoria Ford since June 2019. They told me I would get a Visa credit card for 160 dollars. If I would buy they tires. Well I bought those tires from them and never received the Visa credit card. By the time I had to do my own research since Peoria Ford said to me I had to look into. Myself. The rebate expired. I went back to Peoria Ford and they told me that they can’t do anything about getting the Visa credit card. So they said I would get THREE FREE oil change. So I had no choice but to go for there offer. I was working with AJ So when I went in on March 2020 for my FREE oil change. When it was done AJ told me I owe $32.00. I said for what!! He said they put it some oil booster and fuel system cleaner. I DID NOT AGREE TO THIS! So I talk to the manager of Peoria Ford. They returned my $32.00 dollars. Now I have been trying to get another one of my FREE oil change. I have called AJ cell phone and also the service center. I still have no return calls. So My thought to all of this is DO NOT BELEIVE OR TRUST ANYTHING THE SERVICE PART SAYS. More

It was a warranty on my batter that is 1 1/2 yrs old lost 2 cells. Linda was point if contact, she CONVINCED ME TO BUY THIS BRAND NEW 19 A YEAR AND A HALF AGO AND I make her take care of every little thing with my beautiful 2019 FORD MUSTANG GT. SHE ALWAYS ANSWERS ANY QUESTIONS I HAVE AND EVEN GOES OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP WITH OTHER THINGS THAT AREN'T IN HER DEPARTMENT. SHE "ALMOST" NEVER COMPLAINS LOL. J/K SHE IS ALWAYS THERE TO HELP WHENEVER SHE CAN. TYLER BROWN IN SERVICE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND HANDLED IT VERY WELL. THANK YOU TO THE AWESOME PEOPLE OVER AT PEORIA FORD IN PEORIA ARIZONA. YOU NEED A NEW OR SONETIMES THEY EVEN HAVE QUITE THE SELECTION OF USED ON THEIR NEW VEHICLE LOT. Customer Service is very positive! I'm in Arizona for a few months and needed service on my F-350 and searched 3-4 dealers on-line and decided to call Peoria Ford for an appointment. When I arrived at least 2 service advisors greeted me. Adam Croner was the advisor that wrote up the work order and answered all the questions that I had. Adam is a professional advisor that knows what customer service is all about. The truck was ready at the time he told me it would be done. Everyone at this dealer greets you with a hello that shows a concern for all customers. A very positive experience. Bob Duplessie More
Disappointed with the service dept I took my 2019 Ford Explorer in for service because the front passenger door was not closing correctly. The door made a loud popping sound when opened and had to be slammed for the door to close successfully. I took my vehicle twice, and both times the service reps acted like the issue was non-existent. They did change the lock hatch and stated they had fixed the problem. I later noticed the issue was not fixed and wrote an email to the manager. Not only have I not been contacted regarding the email sent six days ago, but we also ended up taking the explorer to a different dealership, and within a day, the issue was fixed. My husband and I have purchased three vehicles from Peoria Ford and have recommended several family members who have also purchased several cars. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated and am sad to say they have lost a loyal customer. More

The only problem i have is the poor communication between client and service advisor.My service advisor is Carlos.He need to keep me inform whats going on so I can at least to make plans. Maybe need more training for better communication. I'm not a happy customer. More

Carlos told me nothing was wrong with it and when I asked why it was flashing red, he asked me ‘did your car not come with an owners manual’? And ‘I’m not a mechanic’ Then the ‘manager’ Keith comes over and claims he heard conversation and Carlos did not say that. When I told him the keys were in it, just fix it he charged at me and said ‘no one talks to me that way!’ and to get my car off ‘his lot’. This is all after hearing the service advisors make fun of an older gentleman who was having tech issues with his Raptor and a heavyset person who they doubted could fit in her vehicle. If you like unprofessional fraternity atmosphere this is your choice for service shop. More
