I was having problems with my new 22 F 250. My sales rep Blake, got me connected to Michael Quinton in the service department. Quinton stuck with my problem until it got resolved. What happened in the last year where you call to schedule an appointment but they do not schedule a day and time for you during that call? I called to get a new key programmed and the person on the phone gives me the 101 questions to expand my profile within their contact database. After 5 minutes of Q&A, they said someone will call me back to schedule. Huh? Really? 24 hours later, no call so I phone them back. Same drill, 101 questions from the same script and then I was notified that someone will call me back to schedule. Four days now since my original call and nothing Noone called me back as promised. What hapenned to my trusted Ford service department? Did they hire an offshore call center that only collects your information and does not have access to a scheduling tool to make an appointment? I missed a 3 day window where my car was not being used when I could have had this work done if they called me back. I am going to drive to the dealership today and talk to one of my regular service advisors to see what's up with this goofy call center and encourage them to look into getting them access to a scheduling tool for a one and done scheduling experience that is NOT open ended. Cost of labor is up, mechanic pay and benefits remain flat and shop supply fees are boosted to an all time ridiculous level. There must be some profit in there somewhere to invest in a better business model to schedule service appointments for their customers... More

They told me they were ordering parts to replace under warranty and would call me when they come in. It's been months, and I have called at least 4 times and gottent the run around every time. Adam, who was supposed to be ordering the parts and calling me, is never in when I call, and never calls me back. A couple of other people who's names I didn't get or cannot remember (Kody, was one I spoke to twice for sure), have taken my calls and said they'd look into it and call me back...no one ever calls back. The last time I even brought it up, when the guy said he'd call me back I told him I'd heard that before and he promised it wouldn't happen again. That was 2 weeks ago... ⏳ Update: finally went in and spoke to a manager (Justin) who said he'd have the tech call me. Still no call, still no resolution. Again, that was over a week ago. More
DO NOT go there! Poor communication, costumer service and untrustworthy. They pretended to do diagnostics, tried to charge $150 without ever giving me a quote and told me I needed to replace a part that was untrustworthy. It would cost over $1200 and take at least 5days or more. I declined, took my car somewhere else and $160 and 1h later, everything was fixed. There was nothing damaged, only needed a new battery. I really doubt any diagnostics were done, tried to charge a lot of $$$ and kept my car for almost 2 days. Extremely disappointing with Ford Peoria More
Brought my wife’s car in to be fixed $1000.00 later same issue. I feel like it’s impossible to find a reliable mechanic anymore. If you google the issue you can probably figure it out. Last week i made an online reservation for a 25K service on a used 2018 Ford Edge that I had purchased late last year from another non-Ford dealer. It was an easy and quick process to make the reservation. I arrived at the dealership about 10 minutes early for my appointment but was quickly greeted and turned over to my Service Adviser, Johney Haines. After a quick review of my appointment expectations Johney got my car into the service bays and the work was started. He came out to the lobby several times to give me some updates and recommendations. Also, while waiting in the lobby I was able to observe several other service advisors come in and discuss matters with other customers. I felt good that all these observations and customer interactions were all positive and well-received by the other customers. My car was ready within the time frame Johney originally gave me and the work was done to my satisfaction and expectations. It was a pleasure to deal with Johney and the dealership, and I certainly will continue to use them for my car's servicing. More
Been buying cars for years and this dealer has been by far the worst experience, from sales to finance to service. They do not care about you, no matter what you heard on the radio. Also, do not be fooled by their 0% interest offers, they will rob that interest money upfront off you as they pretend to give you an awesome deal. Their sleazy salesman and finance person lied about warranty coverages. In the service department you will bounce around from service rep to the other and they will all tell you different things. They lost my Ford recalled back up camera for months while it sat there for me gathering dust. They will not remind you about your required warranty due dates and thus your mpp coverage will be voided and any claim will be denied. Be assured that they WILL remind you when you need a new filter or anything else they can make money on. Horrible experience. Listen to the other 1 star reviews and go elsewhere. More
I have a 2017 Ford Edge I purchased out of state to use at my home in AZ. Fortunately Peoria Ford is close to my home. Service there has been nothing short of excellent. Started with a bad windshield & i at my home in AZ. Fortunately Peoria Ford is close to my home. Service there has been nothing short of excellent. Started with a bad windshield & installation by the selling dealer (leading to a lot of wind noise on the trip west) that Peoria correctly diagnosed and fixed by installing a new windshield. Car is very quiet at high speeds now. Adam Croner in service is excellent to work with - gets repairs done quickly and correctly and takes time to explain what needs to be done or what has been done. Overall, a very pleasant service experience with Peoria Ford. More
