We have purchased and taken our vehicles to this dealership since moving to this area in 2000. They have an excellent service area and everyone is polite and knowledgeable and respectful even of us dealership since moving to this area in 2000. People change over the years but new men coming in are always the same caliber and equally well trained. And I am so pleased to even get Ford Pass points each visit for discounts off future services. Kudos to Jonathan Hanson who worked closely with me when I needed a new battery and my F150 truck had been delivered by a flatbed overnight and the AAA driver had made an error while putting my Paperwork in the dropbox. Service department took my car Monday and said it wouldn’t be looked at until at least Friday. It’s my only car and was a major inconvenience getting back and forth to work.
