The dealership Rocks more major service only they gave me a rental car. This place is clean,organized, and the buisness flows well within each inter department. They even have vallet. Absolutely the best experience I've ever had with a dealer service department. Prompt, friendly informative and open. The transmission on my 2001 accord needed service. Mike Fogt, my service advisor, determined that it was covered by an extended warranty, and my car was returned to me in a day with a new transmission. I will certainly return to Penske when it's time to replace my car. More
