The salesman we spoke to, Frank Gomez, was extremely friendly. Soon after he greeted us at the door, he was walking us through the lot explaining the differences in pricing of various civic models. He was patient during the negotiation and made great efforts to meet my needs as a first-time buyer. The man who helped us process the paperwork was also quite friendly. We did run into some issues when we purchased the car’s extended warranty, but all of this was easily resolved by contacting Frank. Resolving the issue took less than half an hour. More
