David Trible is a very listener, as I explained my car problem which was an "elecctric brake problem", a malfunction which caused me not to be able to start the engine of a 2019 Honda CRV. This happened problem which was an "elecctric brake problem", a malfunction which caused me not to be able to start the engine of a 2019 Honda CRV. This happened late in the evening. After a tow truck got me to the Honda dealer David thought a booster cable would get the engine to start again. I said "No", David, I already disconnected the battery cable and re-connected it. Still not start! So, since the 2019 CRV is still under warranty David had the battery replaced and "Bingo" it's all back to running the car again. Of course, I didn't pay a penny because of the 3 year warranty, but a battery "worn out" after 18 months...? Maybe next time, before the warranty expires in a bout 18 months I should see David again and say "Hi" pleased replace the battery again. Are Honda batteries not that long-lasting? We'll see. But Davis got me going again that day in less than 1.5 hours. Thanks, David. Happy and Healthy New Year. More
