Bought a brand new car here and wish I never had. Worst customer service and communication ever !!! Had to take car to replace back window tint because it was bubbled when I bought the car. The tint guy ruined my leather seats and headliner when replacing the tint. Had to fight to have it replaced. Car sat there for a MONTH while they found the cheapest route to fix it even after I specifically told them I wanted it replaced! Wasn’t able to enjoy the perks you get with a new car (XM Radio/KARR). Instead I was fighting to get my BRAND NEW car fixed. I would call because no one EVER called me with updates and was told the car was ready for pick up only to take off work and go there to have it not fixed. The seat was replaced but the headliner was water damaged from the tint job. They kept trying to spot clean it. After the 4th time of going there to pick it up it still was damaged. After voicing my frustration to the manager, Noe he walked away from me telling me he was not going to deal with my “verbal abuse” and stated I was a one star customer. All because he refused to try and understand how frustrating this was for me. The car had 3 miles when I bought it and has already had a seat and headliner replaced due to complete carelessness…. I only gave it one star because that was the least I could do. I would NEVER do business with these people again and sorry I EVER did…. More

They have always been very professional in their dealings with me and take customer service seriously. I have been coming here for at least 10 years and they have given me the service I asked for and nothing with me and take customer service seriously. So far the wait time is fairly accurate as to the time your auto will be ready for pick up. I was there two days in a row for my two cars. One wait time was three and o e half hours. This was the time estimated given to me. The lobby for waiting has free coffee, and there are vending machines with snacks. There is a large tv to watch but the programs on it are not what I would watch. But that’s me. I watch news a lot. Overall, the advisor informs me of what was done on my car, what future needs are coming up. The auto is inspected and am given a detailed report on its status. Very thorough work on the auto. I given it a thumbs up. More
