I have used Penske Honda since I moved to the Indy area over 3 years ago and leased a 2007 CRV while living out in Colorado. My buying experience out there was pushy and an overall bad experience. The service here in comparison is like night and day. They are helpful, knowledgable and friendly. When my lease came due I naturally wanted to give Penske another try and I couldn't be happier. Not only do I believe in the Honda brand but Penske is right up there too. No one pushed me into buying anything! And I got what I wanted and LOVE driving my new 2011 CRV!!! Thank you! More

I usually come with some information on the vehicles(s) of interest and the sales people's statements and evaluations of the strengths of a vehicle coordinate well with what outside commentators have said. Sales people try to be as accommodating a possible in meeting my needs and clarifying what information I need to have. More
Greg was great, everything great. Wished for a little smaller price, but salesman said it was the best you could do. After I checked KBB I found our price to be a bit smaller than retail, but still a few smaller price, but salesman said it was the best you could do. One of the older gentlemen in sales even played with our grandkid for awhile as we talked with each other! Nice guy. More
Dave Redmond went above and beyond to help us get into the best vehicle that we could afford. Since I told Bill I was buying in the next 2 months, he said I couldn't take a new CR-Z for a test drive. "We just can't have all these people coming in putting a bunch of miles on these cars for test driv said I couldn't take a new CR-Z for a test drive. "We just can't have all these people coming in putting a bunch of miles on these cars for test drives". Really Bill? How am I supposed to get serious if you won't let me test drive the car? Do I need to show you the $25k in cash before you'll let me drive one of you precious hybrids? He asked If I wanted to buy a manula or auto transmission...I said manual. He then replied "oh, those are really fun to drive in a manual". Guess I'll have to take your word on that Bill. I'm 40 years old, make 100k+/yr and have owned 5 Hondas. Bill, you just lost a guranteed sale and all of the money I spent on oil changes and service for my Civic and my wife's odyssey. Way to go. More

Just a quick note to express my and my family's appreciation for the FANTASTIC customer service your team has been providing to us personally over the past few months.... We travel back and forth between Grand Rapids, MI and Nashville on a fairly regular basis as one of our sons attends school there. This spring we had a tire blow out on us near Peru and we made our way into your service area for a replacement. Your team received us in a warm and friendly way, removed and replaced the spare and had us on our way to Nashville in record time.... The flat was a pain but our experience at Penske Honda was wonderful!! This past weekend (8/21/10), our brake light bulbs burned out just north of Carmel on US 31 and our immediate response was to call your service area and see if we might swing by for a quick replacement. Again, we were greeted warmly (this time by Ronald Hoppes Jr.) and he and his team IMMEDIATELY replaced our brake light bulbs and had us on our way in MINUTES (and this is no exaggeration!)... and "on the house" to boot!! Ronald's explanation was "you have enough going on today with moving your son back to Nashville so go on, get outta' here"..... Needless to say, Ronald absolutely made our day and for our family, your legendary level of customer service continues to grow... You can be sure that we'll share our good fortune at Penske Honda with anyone who will listen and want to thank you for the great experience. I can almost guarantee we'll be stopping in at Penske Honda again, and if you see Ronald, please share our appreciation with him and his team.... From his perspective, this may have seemed like a small thing but to the customer, being treated this way makes all the difference in the world.... Probably why I own 3 Hondas!! After looking at Penske inventory on the Internet we went to the showroom and was greeted by Eric Pruyne. We told him we were interested in the white Cadillac SRX but couldn't find it. He set out to find it to the showroom and was greeted by Eric Pruyne. We told him we were interested in the white Cadillac SRX but couldn't find it. He set out to find it for us which he did shortly. He allowed us to take the car for a test drive and explained some of the features along the way. He walked us through the process of purchasing the vehicle. He introduced us to Rick Nadolski who talked us through the financial portion of the purchase. While we were in with Rich, Eric had the car washed and license plates transfered and he even helped us transfer the "stuff" from our old car to the new one. The SRX is wonderful. From the moment we met Bill Edney, we discussed our expectations for a car. He was helpful in finding a vehicle, and never was the "typical" car salesperson. Most of all, there were no surprises or last-minute changes to the price or with our financing. Bill was very helpful, courteous, and knew exactly how to communicate with us. As with every car deal that I have done over the years, I expected just another painful experience and just another weak salesperson. Penske Honda, and specifically Bill Edney, demonstrated a rarity in the business: good service, experienced salespersons, friendly staff, and a quality deal. I have already told my friends and colleagues about my good experience at Penske Honda. Keep up the good work! More
I purchased my Accord in January 2010 - and this was the first time the wrench appeared! I took the car in and it need an oil change and tire rotation....took less than one hour and it was great...thanks first time the wrench appeared! We were very happy with the customer service and the quick turn around in handling two recall issues and an oil change.
