The sales staff did a very good job. I do not trust that I was given 100 percent accurate information on the trade; however, I proceeded with the trade in and purchase anyway. I love my new CR-V! I orginally came in the week before I bought my new CR-V to look at a used one. John Sprouse was the first sales consultant to ask me if I needed help. We found the one I wanted, went for test drive, sat down, worked out the numbers & he came back & said I had a new car! He made purchasing a new car easy, he didn't pressure me & knew what I was willing to pay, period.
