Dishonest salespersons Horrible dealership and I will absolutely NOT recommend this one especially for those independent young people out there. I got my first car here wh Horrible dealership and I will absolutely NOT recommend this one especially for those independent young people out there. I got my first car here which has 34k mileage, the salesperson(Nadolski) finalized my deal. He offered me a warranty/protection pack for additional $20/month. He said that it will cover EVERYTHING including pothole damages until 100k mileage except brake pads replacement and oil change(of course). Long story short, I brought it in to service dept. for a tire check and hub cap replacement because of Indy’s finest potholes. And what they told me is the exact opposite of what salesperson(Nadolski) have said to me. It was not covered at all and if I would like to have my hub caps replaced I would have to search it and they would install it for me. That so-called tech could have easily called the parts department to check if they have it there I don’t know why he did not offer that probably because I’m asian and I’m young. I don’t know what their core values are but one things for sure. Integrity and treating others equally with respect were not part of it. More
