I was happy that you were able to fit me in to install a new starter. The only issue, which was small, was that I asked Toby to call my cell phone. Received an additional military discount on the service. Service rep took the time to go over the current status of my vehicle and make timely recommendations. I always go to Penske for my Honda service. I bought the car there and I trust them to take care of it for me. More

Providing timely, professional, and pro-active care for my vehicle, they picked up my Passport, performed service and delivered it back with a detailed explanation of the work performed. Edward, the auto professional whom picked up my vehicle was observing all COVID precautions, very professional, and took time to explain what service would be performed and what to expect. I have had several vehicles with Penske Honda and I can honestly say I have never had a negative experience. From sales (Ira and Eric), to finance, and service, the entire Penske Honda team have always exceeded my expectations. More

The only confusing note was that the reason for the un Good Morning - Thank you for your follow-up. Yes, the service was satisfactory as usual. The only confusing note was that the reason for the unusual length of time was that they had trouble "draining the transmission fluid". That seemed strange...the only thing I could think of was some sludge?? the advisor didn't know...??only 50K miles., no problem, just curious. Two other items I would like to mention. First, my wife forgot her purse in the rest room. Through Mark Robinson we were able to contact a young lady after hours (probably a receptionist). She was able to find the purse and hold it in a safe place until we could get by there this morning and pick it up. Ellie is most grateful; please pass along our thanks to the young lady. Secondly, our next door neighbor, also a Honda owner, receives several coupons in the mail for free oil changes, wiper blades, filters, discounts, etc. Seems that he receives them quarterly. They come from Honda and seem to be sent from a Texas address. We have never received any of these coupons. We would be most appreciative if you could place us on that mailing list Thanks again, Ellie and Bob Quigley More
