I had a bad experience while purchasing my car. I don't believe I'll be purchasing another car from them. It took 8 months to resolve a problem that should have been taken care of before I purchased my car believe I'll be purchasing another car from them. I was told many things while buying my car but it didn't matter afterwords. Service department did fine but the sales and management needs to get out of the 70's. I'm done with them. More
Bill was great - we've actually already recommended him to some friends. The only negative was that we were hoping that there would be a bigger difference between Preferred Pricing and MSRP, but that wasn' to some friends. I 20,000 mile scheduled an appointment with (I am ashamed to claim as my dealer) [Penske Chevrolet] on Friday for a 1 pm pre-scheduled appointment. When I got there, they said to have a seat as they would no to claim as my dealer) [Penske Chevrolet] on Friday for a 1 pm pre-scheduled appointment. When I got there, they said to have a seat as they would not get to me for another two hour. This is not the first time I habe had problems. When I took my car in for its first scheduled maintenance at 10,000 miles, I had asked for additional fluid changes to be made and inquired about accessories for my vehicle. The service manager and the mechanic re-approached me twice saying I didn't need the additional fluid changes that I had requested. They actually argued with me about this. When I enquired about adding dealer options to my car, they told me that they erally do not like to do that and preferred that I go elsewhere. I am so ashamed I EVER bought my car from them. More
My salesman, Jeff Copeland, took special effort to make sure that my entire sales experience was fantastic. From my first phone contact, he did a great job of keeping in touch and returning my calls in a t sure that my entire sales experience was fantastic. From my first phone contact, he did a great job of keeping in touch and returning my calls in a timely fashion. He did an extensive search to find what turned out to be a difficult-to-find vehicle. I ended up getting exactly the Traverse that I wanted. All of my paperwork was prepared in advance, so everything went smoothly and quickly on the morning I came in to complete the purchase. He respected my price range and was well informed about the car I wanted (Malibu). He even called me to set up my window tinting - I didn't have to initiate the call. I am in account management and appreciate good customer service, as it is something that you don't always receive. But from the time I walked in the door through the financing (I forget his name - Bob?) :) to the time I walked out the door I actually felt like I was a valued customer. Thank you! More
I have worked with Scott & Tim for many years. Tim was my Service Rep. for several years before he changed jobs to the maintenance area. He does superb work on my car and always has. Scott as my Service Rep. is always willing to advise me on what needs to be done on my car and gives me excellent advice. Exp: I needed new tires(last summer)and Scott explained all the options available to me. I bought the tires he highly recommended. Thanks to Scott & Tim for keeping my 2007 Chev. Good salesman in Mike Roland and a good person in the sevice dept by the name of Scott Stevenson brought me back for my second Malibu.
