I had to call multiple times for updates. He had nothing new to tell me other than they are waiting for another dealership to send it but no reason why it was taking long. I just purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler on April 17th 2023 and I think it was the biggest mistake I have ever made. As soon as my family and I got back home to the San Fernando Valley the Jeep was leaking coo and I think it was the biggest mistake I have ever made. As soon as my family and I got back home to the San Fernando Valley the Jeep was leaking coolant from the radiator. I called them the next day in the morning and they said bring it in. When I got to the dealer it was a different vibe. They were acting like they didn't know me and told me to speak to Jake from sales, he was nowhere to be found. The sales manager Jorge was on lunch and no one knew when he was coming back. My sales rep said he didn't know the people at the service center. I knew at that point I indeed made a big mistake coming here. The Service shop guy Felipe who checked the car in did not know what was going on with the Jeep. This made me feel like I was robbed and was not getting any respect or answers. After waiting for over an hour and I went looking for them they told me they would fix it and call me when ready. Next day I was called to pick it up and I was told it was fixed and everything was fine. Took it home and it started over heating and coolant was now leaking from the radiator reservoir meaning the coolant system has pressure building up usually indicating that the Head Gasket on the car is bad. This is a HUGE ISSUE I just bought this car in "good condition" 2018 60K miles. I took it to my mechanic who did the Block Combustion Leak Test this is a used to detect the presence of exhaust gases in an engine's cooling system and that was positive meaning the head gasket is indeed blown or even a crack in the cylinder head or heads. I called my sales rep Angel he said to talk to Jorge sales manager. Finally talked to Jorge he said bring it in. Let me remind you this is taking time off from work and I have to drive 1 hour+ each way in traffic with my wife following me in her car and wasting tons of gas for a trash jeep they sold me. I need my money back every penny of my down payment this is unacceptable and disgusting. I trusted them to place my Family and I in a working vehicle for us to enjoy but got the opposite. This dealer needs to get it together there website says all these great things that they do not do for the customer.
