I bought my 2017 Silverado truck, I took it in for diagnostic because I concern about the starter. The service Manager name is Faigh told me if I agree to fix the problem than the diagnosis fee will b diagnostic because I concern about the starter. The service Manager name is Faigh told me if I agree to fix the problem than the diagnosis fee will be waived or I will be charged $150. Find out later it wasn’t the starter instead it was the battery. They charged $160 for 5 min works to change the battery out. This is a Riffs off in my book. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER BRING MY TRUCK BACK TO PENSKY CHERVOLET IN CERRITOS CA AGAIN. More

I went in with my car at 100000 miles and they performed a multipoint inspection to see if there were any issues besides the routine oil change. Cesar kept me informed on progress and within a short while I was on the road feeling that my car was in great condition. 2017 Corvette Stingray service John Booze was friendly and helpful. It would be better if after my car was serviced they wipe down and clean up the dirt and prints left behind. My car had fingerprints on the driver side door and window and there were dirty shoe prints present. I don't expect white glove service but the dirt left behind was pretty obvious.
