communication breakdown between the service advisor and mechanic. my car was there for SEVERAL days. I felt like they did not want to help with the issues my car was having because it was older and had to mechanic. my car was there for SEVERAL days. I felt like they did not want to help with the issues my car was having because it was older and had to deal with aftermarket parts. they even said to me that trouble shooting is time consuming and a tedious process. which i'm sure is, but why would you say that to the customer? i'm paying for their time right? there was a recall on my ignition that they said there was not. I asked the wiper fluid to be filled 3 times, that never happened even though they said it was done. they did successfully replace the battery cables. I just want someone to help me with my car issues and they gave a clear impression that they did not want to deal with trouble shooting potentially and electrical problem and dealing with aftermarket parts. i used to take my car here regularly it was always a great experience. stayed away for a few years because of $. I don't think I will be returning or purchasing my next car here because of this experience. my car is at another dealership now where they are correcting the ignition issue for free because of the recall and the alarm problem using aftermarket parts. fingers crossed they will be able to fix the electrical issue or find the aftermarket part that you couldn't. so far they seem to be finding them.
