Aggressive sales: I was assured verbally my initial credit check would be a soft check, and it wasn't. I had buyer's remorse and could not speak to a manager like I was told via phone. I brought my vehicle in for 30k mile service and asked to have the tech check the crank pulley and belt to the supercharger. I was told they can't tell me if the pulley and belt look OK because they are not have the tech check the crank pulley and belt to the supercharger. I was told they can't tell me if the pulley and belt look OK because they are not factory. The service also includes tire rotation and brake inspection. They wouldn't rotate the tires because they didn't want to scratch the wheels (?!). The rep did credit me $50 off the $600 bill. I checked under the hood after I picked up my vehicle and there was fresh oil around the filler tube, on the fuse box and on the valve cover. This felt like a waste of my time and money. More
