The service advisor that I got was HORRIBLE! She had the worse communication. She never called me to notify me that my vehicle was ready. I was so disappointed especially since they replaced my She had the worse communication. She never called me to notify me that my vehicle was ready. I was so disappointed especially since they replaced my engine and had my vehicle for over two weeks. It gets better. She had told me the warranty over the phone and when I asked for the warranty terms on paper, she said she still had to investigate, that she was not sure ?! I am truly shocked this person is still employed. She highly lacks customer service skills and professionalism. This is the last time I’ll be having my truck serviced here. More
