I have been getting services at this dealership for about the last four years. And during that time span, I have failed to see a service department representative that looks like me. And for that reason is why I do not utilize your service center. The only reason I was getting service at this time. The "technician" forgot to tighten the oil drain plug in my brand new suburban. The car smoked as the oil spilled all over highway 91 on the way to Vegas.
