This was the best customer service ever received at a dealership! Daniel Martinez (salesperson) greeted me and I told him the make and model of the car as well as stock number. He made my wife every comfortable and answered any questions that we had. Once we completed our test drive, I spoke to Daniel Medina. We exchanged numbers on a late weeknight and we indicated that we needed to sleep on the decision. They followed up with us regularly, but not in a pushy manner. Once we came back to the dealership, we took another test drive and finalized the deal. Daniel Medina, despite working on 5 deals concurrently, went over the breakdown and answered any pertinent questions. Daniel Martinez had been working since 8 and remained till 7 pm. My wife loved his calm demeanor and attitude towards car sales. I had many options but came back to this dealership quickly due to the professionalism exhibited by both Daniels. Amir Davidson was the initial lead for the car we bought and was prompt and very courteous in following up with emails. He was also present when I bought the car and ensured that I didn't have any outstanding questions or concerns. Jorge was the finance lead who completed the deal. He was very prepared, answered my questions and explained all of my options. I was done in 15 minutes, something that is unheard of at a dealership! Go to this dealership!
