This place has to be the worst service department. I scheduled my truck for a oil change service online for 5:00pm and noted that I would be waiting for the car. Upon arrival at 4:45pm, I was told t I scheduled my truck for a oil change service online for 5:00pm and noted that I would be waiting for the car. Upon arrival at 4:45pm, I was told that they do not take people after 4:00pm or will have to leave the car overnight. I expressed that I had an appointment and that I would be waiting for the car. they refuse to take the car and service it. It was until I requested to speak to a manager that they changed their mind and wanted to perform the oil change. I did not thrust them to perform the work. After while the manager came, I informed him of the situation, and he told me that they made a mistake and that they would do the oil change. I did not have them do the oil change, they are not trustworthy, and I had felt that they would do something to retaliate against me for bringing the car at 5:00pm. the manager got angry that I even had him come out to talk to me. Again, worst service ever. this is the third time that they have refuse to do work on my new truck because of the time I took the vehicle to service. If they do not accept vehicle after 4:00pm then they should post the time online. It is too bad that I will no longer take my truck to them, been 1 mile away from home. Instead, I have to drive further to get my service done. Shame at Penske Chevrolet for not putting they customer first. This department need attention. More
