I waited 3 1/2 hours for them to bring a quart of oil and still wasn’t done till almost an hour after. I had also expressed that my windshield wiper water tank seem to be not full because it wasn’t working t still wasn’t done till almost an hour after. I had also expressed that my windshield wiper water tank seem to be not full because it wasn’t working then come to find out there’s actually a connector problem and the whole time that my car was there for 3 1/2 hours.
