This dealership was fantastic. I felt that all my questions were answered well and honestly without feeling too pressured to make a purchase. Erik was my salesman and he did an exc I felt that all my questions were answered well and honestly without feeling too pressured to make a purchase. Erik was my salesman and he did an excellent job of explaining the full carfax, features, and details of the car. The negotiation on price was very straightforward, none of the extra packages that nobody wants and making the salesman go speak to their manager every two seconds. The price was very reasonable and I do not feel like I was taken advantage of or forced to purchase anything I didn’t want. The vehicle was very clean and in good working order when I received it. Overall a fantastic experience working with Erik and Penske Chevrolet of Cerritos. More

Overall the experience was slightly above average. I negotiated my price and got prequalified the night before via text. Detailed photos and information of my trade-in was provided. When I arrived at I negotiated my price and got prequalified the night before via text. Detailed photos and information of my trade-in was provided. When I arrived at the dealership, Barun offered me significantly less money on my trade-in than we agreed to the night before. I almost left the dealership without purchasing the vehicle before we were able to a price which was still more than what we had agreed to the night before. I didn't appreciate the hassle. What I thought would be a quick test drive and signing of finance documents almost took 3 hours. The car was as advertised and I am happy with the purchase overall. Joseph was extremely helpful and nice to work with. More
