I recently dropped off my car at [GMC Dealership Name] for service and was disappointed to find out that they don't offer a service to take customers home. This lack of transportation service significantl for service and was disappointed to find out that they don't offer a service to take customers home. This lack of transportation service significantly inconvenienced me and affected my overall experience. When I scheduled my service appointment, I assumed that a dealership of [GMC Dealership Name]'s caliber would have provisions for transporting customers home while their cars were being serviced. Unfortunately, this was not the case. As a customer, I had to make my own arrangements to get back home, which was quite inconvenient, especially considering the distance between the dealership and my residence. I believe it's essential for a dealership to offer convenient services that make the customer experience more pleasant. Providing transportation assistance, such as shuttle services or arranging for a loaner car, would greatly improve the overall satisfaction of customers like myself. More

I was having an odd problem with my 2019 Yukon Denali while on a long road trip. The cabin air smelled like propane when idling. I took it to two GMC dealerships in different cities in the southwest and while on a long road trip. The cabin air smelled like propane when idling. I took it to two GMC dealerships in different cities in the southwest and neither could find the problem. When home I took it to Penske where I've had all my service work. Reggie Shelton, my service advisor got me in and along with the technicians diagnosed the problem as burned transmission oil from driving too long in 4 wheel high, an error that I made. They did a 4 Wheel service and solved the problem in one day. I can't recommend this dealership more highly. More
