The service overall was great and the advisor was knowledgeable and helpful. But, the appointment scheduling system is not of much help as I set up a previous appt and when I walk in there at 3 for a knowledgeable and helpful. But, the appointment scheduling system is not of much help as I set up a previous appt and when I walk in there at 3 for an oil change, I was advised to leave though there was 3 more working hours in the day to do an oil change that takes 20 minutes.
