Maintenance was costlier than I expected. Loaner car was free, but the paperwork took longer than I thought necessary. Refused to rotate my tires. I was leaving the next day on a road trip to Arizona and I couldn’t take my car as planned because of the possibility that I could be stuck on the side of the road in the middle of the desert unable to change a flat.
