Maria Rodriguez was my service rep and she did a wonderful job in taking care of me and my vehicles needs. My 2018 Yukon was initially misdiagnosed, I called Maria a few days later and she said to b wonderful job in taking care of me and my vehicles needs. Initially, I was upset and Maria could hear it in my voice because my vehicle had the same issue. Maria spoke to me a cool professional manner and told me everything was going to be alright. I dealt with her over the telephone over a period of several days and every time she talked to me like I was important and I mattered. My Yukon is finally fixed and want to express to gratitude to Maria for getting the job done. I will be specifically be requesting for Maria next time I service my Yukon and my Sierra at Penske.
