I recently took my car to this dealership for a routine oil change, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Two days after the service, I noticed that my exhaust had been hit and that t oil change, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Two days after the service, I noticed that my exhaust had been hit and that the impact had caused my bumper to melt. This was clearly an issue caused during the oil change or handling of my vehicle. Although the service center attempted to repair the damage, I later discovered that the tow cover on my bumper had been improperly screwed into place, making it impossible to open. The carelessness displayed in both the initial damage and subsequent repair has left me very disappointed in the professionalism and training of their staff. I expected more from a service center, especially one that I trusted with basic maintenance. I now have to deal with further complications and a lack of attention to detail in the repair process. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this service center to others, as it appears they do not prioritize quality work or customer satisfaction. More

I recently visited the Cadillac service center, and while my service provider was okay, I was disappointed with the response regarding my concern. I mentioned that my brakes squeak every time I park an while my service provider was okay, I was disappointed with the response regarding my concern. I mentioned that my brakes squeak every time I park and start driving again. I just purchased this vehicle in August, it only has 6,000 miles on it. The service provider told me that Cadillac has this issue listed in a bulletin, but that doesn’t seem normal to me. No one mentioned this when I bought the car, and I certainly didn’t spend this much money expecting a persistent brake squeak. He also told me it would take a few weeks for someone to even look at it because they have over 100 cars in line. I understand that the shop is busy, but I purchased my vehicle from this exact location just six months ago, and I expected better support. To be honest, I love my car, but this issue is frustrating and embarrassing—especially since a new vehicle shouldn’t have this problem. At this point, I’m even considering trading it in for something else. More
