I dropped my car off because my check engine light was on. It took almost two weeks to get an update and for the car to be fixed. All they did was change a coil and spark plug and the cost was over $1,0 on. It took almost two weeks to get an update and for the car to be fixed. All they did was change a coil and spark plug and the cost was over $1,000 (about $800 of which was labor, for a job that probably took half an hour or less). More concerning was that my technician recommended other fixes to the car totaling close to $25k, which is about as much as my 2011 Cadillac CTS-V is even currently worth per Blue Book. Things like replacing the suspension for $12k, a 60k mile check-up (the car has 67k miles on it) for $2k, replacing the brakes for $3k (likely necessary, but not at that cost), tires and rims for $7k (the tires and rims do need to be replaced, so I'll give you that one, but not at that cost). There were even things thrown in like $500 for a tire pressure sensor even though the current one still works. Do your service reps work on commission? Insult to injury, they made me wait an hour to wash the car at pick-up, even though I never even asked for that. It is fair to say that you have lost my business forever and I will not be returning, nor will I ever buy another Cadillac. I just purchased a Range Rover Autobiography for $190k and have been much more happy with how I am treated by them. More
