After some initial issues things were fine. There was a paint defect that was supposed to be fixed but on closer examination not all of it was done. Very use to getting oil change and tire rotation for one fee. You don’t do that there as does EVERY DEALERSHIP I know of. Shortlly after my Oil change my Key Fob broke only had it since November 2021. Your fee. You don’t do that there as does EVERY DEALERSHIP I know of. Your intent is to disservice me and over charge. How long must you and your colleagues and your management sit by and watch this type of thing happen over and over and over again. I am paying for service that I’m not truly receiving. I’m treating your company and everyone I encounter while there with dignity, kindness, and respect.
