My service provider Marlean was fantastic Bit it costs me extra money to have my truck serviced at this location. There is no shuttle service! There are no loaner vehicles. So I had to go without a vehicle extra money to have my truck serviced at this location. There is no shuttle service! There are no loaner vehicles. So I had to go without a vehicle or rental a car. I’m a single Dad with small kids in school with no bus service so I couldn’t be without a car. I dropped my truck off on Tuesday and picked it up on the following Monday paying $75 per day for a rental vehicle. This is the 2nd Cadillac that I have purchased and have enjoyed great service experiences. This is the only dealership where I have to spend money for a rental while my vehicle just sits in the shop for several days while I’m paying out of pocket each day my car is in the shop. So my truck being in the shop for 4 days before they diagnosed the problem, then 3 days to fix the problem, then pay $2,000 plus in repairs, then spend over $500 for a rental while I wait. No this was not a good experience for me. More
Usually service is good but on 9/22/23 it wasn’t. I made an appointment only to arrive and be told the parts for my car were not available. The agent Javier who assisted me came late than the appointed time he told me. I came from culver city 45 minutes and came early. He could have me. This old leather case given to me, looked like it is not going to last long and if I try to program the new key to it, we might go back again to the mechanic and pay again to program it. More
