Robert is an absolute pro. He is skilled in customer service as well as the technical components to the job. I used to love service department, not anymore. This new management is the worse. Really long wait, as I stayed while the SUV was serviced. This was for a recall and (I believe) a non GMC part was installed, but it's on you, if not!! Ephraim was awesome. The part I needed was in a warehouse that had burned down in the Palisades Fire in Jan/2025. Purchasing the $800 part was on hold.
