I had one of those "one-off" issues that took MONTHS to diagnose and correct, but with persistence, they were able to find and repair the problem. As a woman, it also struck me that my concerns were never disregarded or diminished although they had a difficult time replicating the issue in order to diagnose and repair it! Trust me, I know EXACTLY how nuts I sounded!!! Recently, I had a concern about a small area on the exterior.
