Two round trips to the dealership and 3 weeks to fix a leaky sunroof on a brand new Escalade. Marlene was very nice but calling me in when the roof wasn't fixed the first time, and then not offering to h leaky sunroof on a brand new Escalade. Marlene was very nice but calling me in when the roof wasn't fixed the first time, and then not offering to help me offset $140 in Uber costs (to say nothing of two hours of my time) was pretty poor customer service. Maybe next time a quick visual inspection by the person who fixed it and/or the service advisor would be advisable. It took me 30 seconds to see it wasn't done right. More

Took car in after making an appointment on Friday. Then learned they were backedup and it wouldn't be till monday to look at my problem.
