When I picked up my vehicle the passenger seat was reclined almost all the way down! Not sure why anyone would need to recline in the passenger seat in order to check the engine! To be clear, the service writers I've dealt with have all been great guys! BUT, I brought my 2016 Canyon in for a 30K Mile service because it was due. Prior to this my truck was running fine. On my way home been great guys! BUT, I brought my 2016 Canyon in for a 30K Mile service because it was due. Prior to this my truck was running fine. On my way home my truck started blowing more white exhaust than I've ever seen and warning lights/engine lights came on and had a "reduced speed" warning message and my truck wouldn't go faster than 35MPH. Got the truck back to the dealer and was told that the problem was that I "don't drive it enough". Which I might accept but the truck was fine when I dropped it! Not sure where all this goes but I must say that I'm pretty frustrated and might consider taking my truck elsewhere. More

Marlene Bobrowsky was very pleasant with great communication skills. I actually like the waiting room chairs, they're roomy and I feel like I have my own personal space.
